The linuxserver filesize is: 103MB
But if you look at http://bf1942.lightcubed.com/forum/dist.php you can
also see an MD5 file :)

For the linuxserver? No, you just need to download that
bf1942_lnxded-1.6-rc1.run </dist/bf1942_lnxded-1.6-rc1.run> file from
the link I gave you above and run it.

If you start the server in a screen using "+statusMonitor 1" you get a
nice console in it too :) where you can enter commands etc..

On the blackops forum, Kevin (BFSM Developer) wrote it will be out in
the evening (GMT+10) of sunday (today)
Anyway, the answer is SOON

The best way is to backup and merge your 1.5 configfiles in your
new,fresh installed 1.6 server.
