[bf1942] Punkbuster error #10006

[Hammer 2.0]

I would turn off the automatic web interface refresh as well if you don't 
need it, PB_SV_HttpRefresh 999.
It's causing periodical high cpu spikes on my windoz servers, probably when 
it is calculating the PB GUIDs.
