What else are there to explain?

Most of the users get throwned out with error #10006 in the logs. #10006
means that the pbserver cannot contact the pbclient. This have been going
on since april according to the logs. but lately the error occures more
often now than then.

It have been over a week now without any response from evenbalance. That
is crappy. Support is everything. Without support the customers will look
elsewhere for a sollution. Im sorry to say that most gaming companies does
not take the support issues seriously enough.
