[bf1942] bfv servers not querying using gamespy protocol.

Tried tracing it? I guess you guys are using Linux yeah? Maybe something
peculiar will show up which could lead you into the right direction..

That would make sense if we couldn't create a new server on a different
machine and have it work. Where as a new machine here at the LAN
doesn't even when I move the server config, files and all to the machine
here.
