[bf1942] BFV v1.1.1 hotfix

Any chances of a fix to reenable the flashing minimap icons w/radio
commands? (See:
http://www.forumplanet.com/planetbattlefield/topic.asp?fid=6341&tid=1435785&
p=1 ) I triple checked our setup, and I have not seen a single minimap flash
since the patch myself.

Note that only the executable has changed, so those of you with existing
installations will be fine with just installing the executable-only
