[bf1942] What's happening DICE?

The BBO daemon does restart a gameserver automatically on a crash but it is
not hard to determine the difference between a map restart and a crash
since a crash would kick everyone playing.

In addition to mrtg, logwatch and a couple other tools we have enough idle
machines on the lan here to keep a live bbo mon on all bf servers and a
halfd mon going on hl servers. We also have terms going 24/7 running the
top util on all of our boxes so we can keep an eye on processes (if the pid
changes, the game has crashed) and then there is of course the gameserver,
bbo and halfd logs that are written when a game crashes. Halfd emails us if
an HL server crashes, this would be a convenient switch for bbo btw.
