[bf1942] Servers not showing in ASE

Thanks for that Chris.
Depends which OS they are running. Basically even though the heartbeat
packet to the ASE masters tells it which port to query the server on it
ignores it and queries the default port. A fundamental flaw. With the 
old servers I suspect that's something we spotted the other day in that
bookmarked servers appear in the master list. Either way they need
to sort their lives out as they have major bugs.
