[bf1942] Separate List For BFV

I would have to agree to spawn a new list. I don't run BFV servers, and
probably won't. Between the mailing lists I'm on for servers I do run, my
inbox stays pretty full. Adding messages for an uninterested topic just
makes wading through it all that much more involved.

The way I see it, they're soon to be based on the same code (or at least
mostly: bf1942 is based on 1.6 and BFV is based on a mix of 1.4/1.5 due to
timing)

Why on earth would you need 2 lists for the same code? BFV suffers from a
lot of the same issues that bf1942 did at the same stage.

No need, and it started a bf1942 list because that's all there was...
