Official Linux server download location is here:

http://bf1942.lightcubed.com/dist/

You want bf1942_lnxded-1.45.tar.bz2 first, extract that, then grab 
bf1942_lnxded-1.45-ob4up.tar.bz2 and extract it over the top of the 
directory structure extracted from the first file.
