[bf1942] BF Client Lock ups

reinstalling the gaming thinking they have a corrupted game.

This happenes regularly when G*spy takes a dump, so yes it is probably a
master server that is down.  It's kind of lame that the game takes a dump
when the ingame browser doesn't work but whattayagonnado.

I suggest using something like All Seeing Eye (ASE) to find a browser and
launch one's game.
