  HalfLife/Counter Strike for example works great, you see no difference to a 
  Windows System. But I guess that is because Half-Life is working with OpenGL. 
  Therefor wineX doesn't has to "translate" directX to OpenGL like in 
  Battlefield 1942, which only supports directX.
  With Battlefield it's still the same Problem: I only have 256 Colors, Texture 
  probs and a quie poor performance. Also the Joystick doesn't work correctly. 
  You can't assign the Axes for example.
  So is there anybody who has it running good enough to make it really playable?
  Or is there anybody wiho knows somebody who has it running satisfying?
