I think you are mistaken I do not see that the patch is available yet.

Hi Everyone,

FH 0.5e was just released. Does anybody have a Linux server update for
the latest version? I'm a little disappointed that the mod makers don't
seem to realize that they ought to release more Linux-friendly files and
stop packaging everything in Windows executables. Even zip files would
be useful.
