[bf1942] Help pn starting up ...first time with BF1942 server.

It's pretty easy Kurt, just do this;

1. Install the dedicated server.
2. Generate your ServerSettings.con and MapList.con config files.
3. Start the server.

There is a web-based config file generator you can use here
http://www.van-rooij.com/ServerConfig/.
