Things to keep in mind while coming up with names:
1. Spaces and special chars in names are bad
2. people will probabbly want different stats for 1942 vs RtR vs DC vs
	DC_rtr vs <all the other mods/rewrites>
3. Ability to handle 2+ servers running on the same machine (and/or a
client on windows)


Other things to keep in mind:
The ability to roll the logs if/when they get to big. don't know if
anybody is doing this, but say a dedicated server is left up a  month,
playing just one map. that log file is going to get HUGE. so
opening/closing the log at mapstart may be in order.
