[bf1942] BF1942 Player Statistics

How about using unique player ids (calculated from the CD-key like the
wonid) for global stats of players or to avoid calculating the same player
multiple times on a server (even when the player changes the nickname)? (and
for a higher kick/ban effectiveness ;) )
