Hehe, understandable, if you don't know Perl at all. I'm no Perl expert, 
but I can mostly read it, and I noticed that there was no stuff in this 
script to render any HTML, making it obviously not a web script. The fact 
that it wants command line params also makes it not a web script. Web 
scripts get their params through environment variables.
