Ok, since this keeps happening.

If you don't want to be on this mailing list, send a blank email to
bf1942-unsubscribe at icculus.org. It will send you a confirmation email that
you reply to (so it knows it's really you) and then you're done.

If that doesn't work for any reason, send me an email directly and I'll
manually remove you.

I should patch ezmlm to react to messages with subjects of "remove me" and
"unsubscribe" by passing it to the bf1942-unsubscribe rule...
