DICE update: in-house Linux server

Hello all,

from now on, DICE will be developing the BF1942 Linux server
updates directly in sync with the windows updates. This will
hopefully reduce the time between windows and linux releases
down to a minimum.

We would like to thank Ryan for the work he has done on the
earlier patches. This mailing list will remain active for
some time to come and will be the best channel for bug reports
and for direct communication with DICE regarding the BF1942 Linux
server.
