[bf1942] game.ServerBandwidthChokeLimit 0 & Desert Combat Mod

To best see all (most of?) the Linux servers, get All-Seeing Eye. Add a
filter (modifier) with the directive "1 if Dedicated ~!= "*linux*"
remove". I currently see 97 servers that fit that criteria.
