[bf1942] Zoom problem

MessageBoth are pretty old news.  Ryan is aware, and mentioned it probably
had something to do w/ his timing code or something.  It will most likely be
fixed for the next release, esp since 1.3.1 was just released for windoz.

    A bit more info in the problem:

    To explain: when you right click you can as everybody knows have a ZOOM
view with any fireweapon.

    But on our server, the view often (but not always) JUMPS so for instance
you are in normal view, you right click, normally you should be in zoom
view. But, no, you come back in normal view, passing by the zomm view, that
s why i call this a "jump".
    It seems if you press the button REALLY gently you can zoom alright.

    We've also found that the AT bazookas reload twice.
