[bf1942] ASE update

A piece for qstat users, I really can't remember where I found this,
probably off google but here is a piece of code to add to your qstat.cfg
to make bf1942 queries work.

### Battlefield 1942 mods
# Config for Battlefield 1942 BDS
gametype BDS new extend GPS
   name = Battlefield 1942
   default port = 14567
   status port offset = 8433
   template var = BATTLEFIELD
   game rule = gametype
end

I haven't played with the port numbers or anything but this works fine
with qstat2.5c and my linux server as well as the windows dedicated
server.
