Problems Creating MOD servers

every time i try to create MOD servers such as EOD, and DC,( also trying
Pirates mod but i know other people are running the other 2)
i get this error
German_Scout_Desert Kit error, index conflic. Two or more weapons use the
same item index:4 checked KitPart:Binoculars45
as a result it messes with my remote shell login so that i have to reconnect
to server
has any1 else had this problem
