[bf1942] Announcement: Open beta 7 available

I get this error when trying to run it.  I have already installed Open
beta 7 as well.  Any ideas how I can get a better error message or
possibly what is causing this one?

	So if it worked in beta 5 with no problems and now it doesn't
work in beta7 then we have other issues yes? 1.4 beta5 + dc.38d works
great. Put in the beta7 and now it won't start. Only three files were
replaced all configs and start scripts are the same. Any ideas?

Hi,

an error crept in to OB6 and made it impossible to host multiple servers
on
one machine.

OB7 corrects this error but is otherwise exactly the same.

Please don't use OB6, get OB7 instead.
