[bf1942] DC 0.38 is released

Getting the W32.exe from FP now at 170KB/sec now, will be finished in 30 minutes.  If it lets me extract everything/install i will do so and Zip the contents,  If anyone can provide me a quick howto on the torrent, i'd be willing to seed the zip.
