[bf1942] Problems running 1.4 server @ debian "Woody" 3.0

Run the static version.  If you dotn want to use the start.sh, you can
always just 'ln -s bf1942_lnxded.static bf1942_lnxded' and then start it
using ./bf1942_lnxded (arguments).  You cant just run it
./bf1942_lnxded.static (arguments) coz otherwise on mapchange it will
crash (it exits and restarts the server).

Andreas, could you tell us which debian packages you use so that we can
install them and use the dynamic?  I thought I heard that you guys used
debian to package these.

.. that and maybe i'll get bored and learn how to package these so we can
apt-get update em ;)
