[bf1942] BF1942 Beta4 issues

Hi Steven,

the config options for ports are the next on my list for an update,
but to make an understatement I haven't had time to do more than
what was deemed necessary for the first release.

The server should be up to the win32 server's level now (but possibly
with bugs, since its a beta).

So stay tuned for updates.

Well starts takes ages and totally hammers the machine :)
Log has some strange entries:

Setting up GameSpy and ASE for internet game

Its not bound on the port in the config either.

Also config seems to be missing all the fixes ryan put in and I cant
see the new options to set the config files either please tell me the
weren't lost?
The settings where:
game.setGamespyPort $$query_port$$
game.setGamespyLanPort $$query_port$$
game.setASEPort $$port1$$

$$var$$ is just our place holder.

Minor issues filenames with spaces = bad. Readme's with dos
CRLF = bad :D

Oh and just now if you dont use start.sh or manually create the
bf1942_lnxded symlink you get so peps ensure you create that
couldn't restart server: No such file or directory
