[bf1942] contentcrc.con and game.addcontentcrc32

The leaker installer is broken, don't use it. It's nearly two weeks old,
the CRC values are flaky on Radeon, Stalingrad is broken, voting is broken
and localization is broken. You will need the non-incremental (70MB) patch
to restore your installation.

I've made up my mind about this and I will not release the Linux beta
until the _real_ patch is released.
