[bf1942] CD key with next beta

The next patch isn't 1.5, it's something in between.. There
will be no more 1.4 stuff, ever, for any OS. :-)

But yes, the next patch for win32 won't have cd key banning.
The first Linux open beta of the next patch _will_ have cd key banning.

Hope that clarifies things.
