I went ahead and implemented CD key banning this afternoon so now there are
three new features for you to look forward to with the next patch.

The CD key banning uses the following commands (similar to the current
commands):

admin.banPlayerKey <player-no>
admin.listBannedKeys
admin.addKeyToBanList <key>
admin.removeKeyFromBanList <key>

The keys themselves look something like this:
f3ef55353145e230e11de71623a4ebadaaa

The banlist.con file will contain both IP and key bans if you create both
types.
