[bf1942] Multiple servers (LAN + internet) on the same box

Yeah, I wish that BF1942 would act like CS in that regard... I have two
NIC's in my server, (internal and external), and I can either have it
advertise to GameSpy (and be in the server list for internet) or have it
under "Local", but not both.
