[bf1942] Server error suppression?

according to ryan this is only for debugging while the beta is running.
the final version wont have such exessive debugging.

lot of time spewing out nonsense.  I could pipe it to /dev/null I suppose but was wondering if there was a *.con 
setting that might turn it off.
