[bf1942] Being 'nice' to your servers

lol, probably, hey I never used Linux before in my life, so this is all new
to me.  Fun stuff though!  :)  I'm learning thanks' to everyone's advice and
help.  Maybe just maybe one day I can dump Windows and stick to Linux, who
knows....or maybe I'll just use it for game servers.
