[bf1942] Performance/setup questions

first of all STOP RUNNING ANYTHING as ROOT that doesn't need to.
I wouldn't set the nice-level to -20 (isn't -19 the highest level?)
either, if you want to give bf a bit more cpu-time I'd use level -5 or
so, that gives other processes the chance of getting some cpu-time if bf
goes mad (it is still a beta ..) ...
