[bf1942] 1.3 has been leaked

That was the date the 1.3 patch was submitted to Taiwan for
review. The 'fixes' that are included in that version of the readme
are for that version only, and some may be added/removed/changed
by the time the official 1.3 patch is released at
http://battlefield1942.ea.com

I don't understand why people are upset/confused about
the date of the readme...
