[bf1942] beta server build for DEC Alpha

Yes god forbid the servers should be open source, or the 1 coder given
extensive reasources...

I could completely see why EA wouldn't want it open source, I mean, someone
may port Tux Racer to Multi Player and use the Battlefield server engine. ;)
