Help !

Hey Guys,

   I started fresh.  I installed the server then the latest update.  Now I can't see it in any browser or can't connect to it. 

1.)  Are there persissions that have to be set
2.) Or will installing the latest update be sufficient ? (do I have to have earlier updates installed ?)
