[bf1942] linux dedicated server install guide

Screen does work.  However, if it is terminating then some other issue is at
hand.
Since there are nothing but debug messages being written to standard I/O,
when I use screen I run it like so

screen -dmS bf1942 ./bf1942_ded

This runs screen as a daemon and keeps you from having to detach the screen.
Remote restarts are possible in this manner with screen.
