[bf1942] any way to ban players by CD KEY?

I think there would have to be some way to not beable to strip the CDKEY
out somehow if you start banning by the CDKey (has to be stored
somewhere).. if not they you could see CDKeys being stolen and that opens
up a whole other can o worms.
