[bf1942] quick question

Remote console programs use TCP on port 4711 to the server for
encryption and id/pw validation. Command data is also sent over TCP to
port 4711, which can be modified by the command
"admin.enableRemoteConsole id pw port" contained in AdminSettings.con.
