Ok i will try to explain the symptoms.
At first the System where the server is installed.

 Intel Celeron 1.200 MHz-Prozessor
 256 MB Infinion-RAM
 40 GB-IDE Festplatte
 SuSE Linux 8.1
 Connection: Server -- 100MBIT --> Servercenter  -- 4GB Backbone -->
Internet

The Pings are from 50-100 and the connection problems comes and go irregular
for 2 to 3 minutes.

There is a Teamspeak2 Server installed parallel. But we got that probs.
without
the TS2 Server also.
