the bazooka bug

Well, I just tried to duplicate it on several empty Windows servers
unsuccessfully. I was able to duplicate it on several empty Linux
servers, no problem. So until someone can identify a specific Windows
server where I can verify that it is a general bug, my bug report will
remain as stated.

yep the weapon reload bug is an all around error, 1.3 to be exact never
seen it till then
