[bf1942] Linux CTF Game Tonight

can't blame ya.... We had a decent turn out, with stragglers popping in from 
the in-game browser. I could not get the game to appear in ASE or Gamespy! 
Arrgh.

Also, I could not find any setting to disable the "kill camera", however, I 
think if you enable the free-camera when you are dead it disables it.
