He's got a secure site with a self-signed cert issued to
'Localhost.localdomain'

Which is wonderfull, about on par with telling us to go to
http://127.0.0.1/myshiz.txt

Fix your cert, or use a normal HTTP server. That cert is going to set of
alarms on every computer except for yours. So unless you like making sure
that  things you download from yourself are secure, it's not going to make
a difference to anyone else.
