[bf1942] Map Change Crash

Probably because they didn't consider a Linux server, just like they
didn't consider that anyone would need to admin their server, or vote,
or any other kind of user input via console. We're just sol unless Ryan
gives us some nice extra capibilities for just the Linux version.
