bf1942 and ase

Hello,

I've got a strange problem at the moment with my linux bf-server.
When I run the server as root it turns up as it should in ASE, but when I
run it as a normal user
it doesn't, anyone have a suggestion to a fix for this??

(my startupscript and all files under battlefield are owned by the user if
it has anything to do with this)
