Why would you want to do that? I was referring to admin.* commands in
AdminSettings.con which get stomped by the server every map change.

Can one just copy all of ServerSettings.con to ServerAutoExec.con? I
have a web-based editing page so my admins can change settings on the
fly, but currently it points at ServerSettings.con. Seems like I can
point it at the other and restart the server after an edit to make it
take effect.
