[bf1942] 1.2 issues

Actually, 1.2 won't be dead untill Dice fixes the buddy-system bug. I'm
running a 64 clan cup (www.clanbase.com/news_league.php?lid=808) and we are
still using 1.2 there. Same goes for the ladders (300+ clans) on ClanBase,
since there are hardly any clans out there that want to play with the
possibility of their opponents using a 'wallhack'.
