[bf1942] 1.3 ASE not working??

Now there's and idea. As a test I fired it up when the GS port was
already in use I got:
gamespy: trying to bind to 0.0.0.0, port 23000.
gamespy: bind failed! -1 errno=98 [Address already in use].
Which iirc wasnt the error we where getting, but that may be just
another improvement in the core.

Still get:
gamespy: trying to bind to 255.255.255.255, port 23000.
gamespy: bind failed! -1 errno=99 [Cannot assign requested address].
Without game.setServerIP 0.0.0.0 if thats any use at all.
