[bf1942] 1.3 Patch including wallhack fix or not ?

The "wallhack" appears to be for debugging client-side prediction, so
there's nothing to be done on the server side.

DICE is doing a fix for this and a few other things, and should be
available soon (sooner than 1.2 to 1.3 took).
