Server Config Generator updated

I have updated my 'Server Config Generator':

* New 1.3 options added (please let me know if these do not work, haven't
had the chance of testing them thorougly yet).

* Maplist generator added.

* Creates downloadable files instead of having to use copy/paste. This means
you can download the config files directly to your server using (for
example) wget.

* New url: http://www.van-rooij.com/ServerConfig
